Routine maintenance of elevator   ■ After the acceptance check on elevator installation is finished by the owner, it is time for Di’ao’s 12-month product warranty period. During the warranty period, we shall send professional maintenance personnel on a regular basis to carry out cyclic maintenance at the owner’s elevator site. The detailed items for maintenance are shown as follows. A. We offer maintenance to each elevator twice a month. B. Submit an elevator maintenance report to the owner every three months. C. If the owner has special request on the operation time of the elevator, Di’ao shall take it into full consideration and shall strive to meet the owner’s request. D. If there is problem during the warranty period, we shall make correction within 24 hours. E. Before the warranty period expires, we shall carry out free comprehensive inspection and test and shall correct the problem. F. We are available to answer the phone around the clock during the warranty period. ■After the elevator repair and maintenance contract has been signed After signing the contract, we shall send professional maintenance personnel on a regular basis to carry out cyclic maintenance at the owner’s elevator site. A. Each elevator shall be maintained twice a month. B. If the owner has special request on the operation time of the elevator, Di’ao shall take it into full consideration and shall strive to meet the owner’s request. C. We shall offer 24-hour based emergency maintenance service for the elevator. D. We shall offer free “annual safety inspection” once a year and shall correct the found issue with preferential price.
Supply of parts and accessories   ■ Within the warranty period  We shall offer free replacement of elevator parts as damaged in normal use.  On the site where the elevator is used, we shall prepare some frequently used quick-wear parts for use at any time. ■ After the warranty period expires  Spare parts shall be supplied to make sure the elevator in the building operates in a safe and desirable way continuously.  After signing the repair and maintenance contract, we shall provide the owner with elevator parts as damaged in normal condition in preferential price.  After signing the repair and maintenance contract, we shall prepare some parts for use at any time. ■ Technical training Arrange professional repair and maintenance engineer to arrive at the site for offering free technical guidance and training on two repair personnel.
